2017.02.06 Week 35 - Now that I have 20 years

Muchas MUCHAS gracias a todos por los coreo mi cumpleaños quedo muchísimo mejor gracias a ustedes! (Many many thanks to all for the birthday mail, my birthday was a lot better thanks to you all!) This week was another great one serving the Lord, claro (of course). My companion and I will still be together this next transfer and we will still be in Roca. Last transfer was pretty rough but now my companion and I are really good friends. This transfer we are ready to baptize around 37,652,186 personas.

The great news is that now that I have 20 years I just walk around in this cloud of maturity. I never say immature things. Never. All I do is preach the gospel and be mature. Pure maturity.

This week we met some really great people. I don´t know why but I just really love the little boys on my mission. I think they remind me of all of the brothers. Ayer (yesterday) we met this group of boys who were playing soccer, there were about 9 of them and they were all 9 and 10 years old. One of them came up to me and said, "So who are you guys anyway? Why do you have that tag?" We are missionaries. "Wow, that's cool, do you have any papers about God or something?" So then I started talking to the rest of the group and they all told me that they were looking for a church to go to. Hasta que (until) one of them told me that just this week he was asking his parents if they could PLEASE buy him a Bible. Obviously the plan is to baptize the whole group. We really gained the confidence when I started showing off all my soccer skillzzzz. Dress, church shoes and all. So I´ll send out the invite to all of their baptisms in a few weeks.

In other news, I really just love my mission. Yesterday I was looking at all the pictures I have taken and almost died. It seems like I was in the MTC 30 years ago, but that I got to the mission 2 days ago. Time is moving real weird. I never want to leave. I have learned so much here and real life seems SUPER scary.

On my mission I have really learned to trust in the Lord and I invite all of you to do the same. Maybe you are just living in good old Draper and the worst thing that has ever happened to you is that your pedicure chipped after one day, but that doesn't mean that God isn't right there to help. He really is our Father and his entire purpose is that we can come home to live with him. Just think, God is putting 100 percent so that we can make it, and so is Christ. That's already 200 percent. If I do my math correctly we literally just have to accept all the work that they have already done. So do it people. God is here to help.

LOVE YOU ALL.

And really thank you mucho for your emails. I laughed a lot reading them. The people in this cyber think that I am crazy.

Here's me at 20. Ya very different claro. (Already very different of course.)
